Imagine this...you check the lottery numbers and boom, you've won 340 million.
But wait, nope...you didn't win. There was a mistake, the numbers posted on the website (which stayed there for three days), were not the correct numbers. The man is now suing Powerball and the DC Lotto for refusing to pay. The lottery claims that a separate contractor accidently posted the wrong numbers.
