Kansas City Chiefs president Mark Donovan has once again shut down those rumors that the romance between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift was a marketing strategy. Speaking on CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” Donovan shared “It is an authentic relationship, and we’re happy to have it.”
“I think the best thing I can say about the whole relationship and the impact it’s had on us is…Taylor Swift is an authentic member of the Kansas City Chiefs Kingdom. She’s an authentic fan,” Donovan added.
His comments follow an apparently fake document going viral earlier this year, that some people thought showed a public relations plan for Travis and Taylor to breakup. Kelce’s reps said the documents were totally fake at that time, and the docs were believed to actually be part of a school project.
