Public Health of Madison and Dane County has release a new order prohibiting indoor gatherings and limiting outdoor gatherings to 10 people or less. This order will take place beginning at midnight tonight and will continue until December 16.
The ban applies to "mass gatherings," previously defined as activities like meetings, concerts, and sporting events. This will not affect businesses like restaurants, schools, and gyms for now.
The previous emergency order limited indoor gathers to 10 and outdoor gatherings to 25.
