Noahâs Ark Waterpark & the Dells Flamingo Resort Motels are hiring lifeguards, food service employees, park services and housekeepers. Wages start at $10 per hour, and summer housing is available in a brand new large college style dormitory at the park with a cafeteria and convenience store. Itâs the best place to work in the Dells. Noahâs Ark starts hiring at 14 years old. Lifeguards can start at 15 years old. Employees who work thru Labor Day are eligible for an average of $1.00 per hour bonus. There are also opportunities for full time employment at Noahâs Ark and the Dells Flamingo Resort Motels.
