CrossFit Adept is Verona, Wisconsin's Premier CrossFit Affiliate. Formed in 2013, CrossFit Adept has been one of the leaders in redefining what fitness is in Dane County.
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Chamber of Commerce to celebrate their new state of the art facility!
CrossFit Adept will have 5 separate fitness based contests setup throughout the gym in which new members could win a free On-Ramp program!
- 1-minute of Air Squats
- 1-minute of Push-ups
- Max set of unbroken Pull-ups
- 100 m Row For Time
- Single-Unders (Jump Rope) in a minute
- PT Squared Physical Therapy will be present and have a pop-up clinic to offer complimentary service/consultation. They have a office within CrossFit Adept in which they run their business out of on Mondays.
- TaylorMade Body LLC will be present as well with a pop-up clinic to demo and offer Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions.
- Origin Meals, a delivery based food service will be present offering free samples of their meals. They have a delivery fridge at CrossFit Adept where you can pick up your meals.
- Paragon Fitness and Nutrition will be present to offer free samples of their supplements. Paragon is available for purchase at CrossFit Adept.
