A new study found that sleeping in on the weekend is the perfect way to catch up on sleep...but it might be harder than you think. We are use to waking up at certain times during the week so our bodies are on a clock and it might be hard to break it. The study also found a connection to sleep and mortality rate.

If you get less than 5 hours of sleep a night, you have a higher risk of of an early death. People who sleep in on the weekend don't have a raised mortality rate because they made up for what they lost throughout the week.

So this is a good excuse to not do anything on the weekend!
