Erik Menendez has already come out against the Netflix series "Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story," but now he and his brother have the opportunity to tell their story in their own words. Netflix has announced a new documentary titled "The Menendez Brothers" that will "offer new insight and a fresh perspective on a case that people only think they know," according to the streamer. Part of that fresh perspective will be extensive audio interviews with Lyle and Erik, lawyers involved in the trial, journalists who covered it, jurors, family and more. "The Menendez Brothers" will premiere on Netflix October 7.
