iHeartMedia and Netflix are joining forces to reshape how audiences experience podcasts. The two companies announced an exclusive video podcasting partnership that will bring more than 15 of iHeart's most popular original podcasts to Netflix, marking a major expansion of the audio-first medium into a video-driven space.

Beginning in early 2026, new video episodes from the podcast lineup will debut on Netflix in the U.S., with additional global markets rolling out later. The deal also includes select library episodes, giving both longtime fans and new listeners a chance to watch some of the most influential voices in podcasting.

The initial slate spans news, comedy, true crime, mental health, music, sports, and pop culture. Among the standout titles joining Netflix are cultural juggernaut "The Breakfast Club," "Bobby Bones presents: The Bobbycast," true crime phenomenon "My Favorite Murder," Chelsea Handler’s advice-driven "Dear Chelsea," and "Joe and Jada" featuring Grammy-nominated hip-hop legends Fat Joe and Jadakiss. Comedy fans can also look forward to "This Is Important" with the Workaholics trio Adam Devine, Anders Holm, and Blake Anderson.

"Audio podcasting has been the fastest-growing medium over the past 20 years, and now we’re thrilled to expand that experience with an exciting new category—video podcasts," said iHeartMedia CEO Bob Pittman. "Working with Netflix… gives fans one more way to connect with the personalities they love and opens the door to new audiences, including viewers discovering these shows for the first time."

Pittman added that the move feels like a natural evolution for iHeart’s top shows, noting that audiences will now be able to "not only listen but also watch and enjoy top-rated iHeartPodcasts alongside award-winning series and movies from Netflix."

Netflix echoed that excitement, highlighting the platform’s focus on variety and storytelling. "With this partnership we are incredibly excited to offer our members such unmatched variety, and to deliver highly entertaining podcasts featuring some of the world’s most dynamic personalities," said Lauren Smith, Netflix's Vice President of Content Licensing and Programming Strategy. She specifically called out "My Favorite Murder," "The Breakfast Club," and Chelsea Handler’s “sharp, unfiltered comedy” as early highlights of the collection.

In addition to marquee titles, the partnership includes category-defining shows like "The Psychology of Your 20s," the top-ranked mental health podcast hosted by Jemma Sbeg, along with fan-favorite curiosity and history series including "Behind the Bastards," "Stuff They Don’t Want You to Know," "Stuff You Missed in History Class," and "Stuff to Blow Your Mind." Sports and culture fans can also expect "New Rory & MAL" and "3 and Out with John Middlekauff," while true crime enthusiasts will find more to explore with "Buried Bones."

While Netflix becomes the exclusive home for the video versions of these podcasts, iHeartMedia will retain all audio-only rights. The shows will continue to be available on iHeartRadio and everywhere podcasts are heard, ensuring fans can still listen however they prefer.

As video podcasting continues to gain momentum, the iHeartMedia-Netflix partnership signals a major step forward for the format — blending the intimacy of podcast conversations with the visual storytelling power of one of the world’s biggest streaming platforms.
