BEDFORD, NY: *Please Share!* 8 year old Minnie has spent her ENTIRE LIFE in the shelter. Her entire life. 😩 This no fault to Minnie - she is very lovable and dreams to be part of a family. She is even potty trained and ready to move in! The thing is, some doggies just have crummy luck. And since all doggies are entirely dependent on humans to change their fate, Minnie has been at the mercy of humans her whole life. Now that SSD is aware of Minnie's situation we will do everything in our might rewrite her life's ending. Please help us to help Minnie get out of the shelter and into a home...PLEASE SHARE! 🐭🐭🐭 A volunteer wrote, "Minnie is one of the most gorgeous girls you will ever meet! She is approximately 8-ish years old and she weighs about 75 pounds. Her blue coat is so unique; words just cannot describe how beautiful she is. I find her to be very lovable and low key, on the whole. She also seems lonely and probably misses being part of a family. Minnie has a moderate energy level; she loves to channel her inner puppy by running and playing, but she will also settle down nicely for a good nap (cuddles included!). She is great on a leash and she is very, very treat motivated. She actually does this cute thing where she squats and acts like she is going potty so she can get rewarded. Minnie also has a fair amount of experience living in a home. And she is house-trained! She would not do well in a home with cats. If we were to pair her with a dog, it would possibly be male as she can be selective with other dogs. A meet and greet would definitely be necessary. Minnie is just waiting for her forever family to come and get her so she can show you all the love she has to give!" Minnie is located in #Bedford, #NY. Adopters must be able come meet her in person. To adopt Minnie, please contact @haarescue by emailing with questions or to submit an application. ❤️ #seniordog #miracle #adoptdontshop
