Go to bed early to get a full night sleep

then you'll wake up early and be ready to take on the new day 

Read a book

it opens up your mind goes great with a cup of coffee! 

Spend less time on social media (I know crazy right?!)

might feel weird at first, but it's good to step back and enjoy life around you.
